When (bold) fundraising becomes (effective) campaigning

Economic justice campaigners at The Other 98%, together with creatives extraordinaires Agit-Pop Communications have recently set up an Indiegogo action page with a simple, yet incredibly bold goal: raise $660 million to buy the Tribune Company (which houses newspapers like the Los Angeles Times, The Baltimore Sun and The Chicago Tribune). They went for higher level ask - have raised $127,000 so far with 21 days to go. Think they'll make it? Let's watch this ...
